The Association of Recreational Beach Users (ARBU) is an informal Group of concerned people who have come together to tackle the issues of lost jobs, lost economic activity and serious decline of domestic tourism within the iSimangaliso Wetland Park world heritage site along the Elephant Coast of KZN south Africa and the surrounding areas of the Umkhanyakude district Municipality due to the knock on impact of the 4×4 ban. ARBU (Association of recreational beach users) has been attanding the mtubatuba local Municpality LUMS (Land Use Management System) meetings and we feel very positive that we will be able to address the issue of Beach access along the Elephant Coast of KZN South Africa through the LUMS committes at each Municipality where we require beach access for recreational pruposes.

The Association of recreational beach users has joined the beach access forum (BAF)
Next meeting of BAF will be on 6 July at ZCCI Board room in Riichards bay, KZN South africa, at 17 H 00
ARBU will represent the Elephant Coast beaches as per our constitutional duties.
